I specialize in restorative and rejuvenating sessions designed to cultivate lasting peace and a sense of complete wholeness.

My approach integrates fluid, nurturing massage with energy work, such as Usui Reiki and spiritual healing, to work on the body, mind, and spirit.

By combining light-to-medium pressure with these energetic modalities, I aim to relieve muscle tension and quiet the mind, leaving you feeling deeply rejuvenated and balanced.
