Used alongside our organic oils or aromatherapy blends, the stones act as an extension of my hands, allowing the warmth to melt away tightness and ground your energy. This signature restorative experience, designed for those seeking a profound sense of mental and inner peace. This ritual is a bridge between the physical and the spiritual, created to bring you back to your natural state of balance.
At the start of the session, you are invited to select an essential oil to support your intention and soothe your senses.
Your journey begins with a grounding sound bath using Tibetan singing Bowls to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and shift your frequency into deep relaxation.
Once your body has reached a state of total stillness, we transition into the energy work phase. In this focused quietude, I act as a channel for restorative energy. By inviting the spiritual world to work through and with me, I facilitate a flow that allows your entire system to settle, clear, and recalibrate.

Reiki Energy Balancing
Restore Your Natural Flow
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese healing technique used to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Unlike my guided spiritual rituals, a standard Reiki session focuses on the flow of Universal Life Force Energy to balance the body’s energy centers.
During the session, you remain fully clothed while I lighty place my hands on or just above specific areas of the body. This allows the energy to flow where it is needed most, clearing blockages and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
